In the May issue of Bon Appétit, the mag’s culture mavens dispensed their collective wisdom on the “United Plates of America.” “Here’s our definitive, state-by-state list of the best dishes, drinks and ingredients that make our foodie nation,” the feature trumpets.

Which Green Mountain eats made the list? Tofu from Vermont Soy, the sausage flatbread at American Flatbread in Waitsfield, and the Strafford Organic Creamery maple milkshake whipped up at The Farmers Diner in Quechee.
