For you to say Bernie needs to surround himself with people that have knowlege of these things is just ridicules. Bernie has been at the front of the civil rights movement in every vote pertaining to the minorities. Hiring someone already hardwired into the community is great as they have the connections to reach out to the community leaders in the area to get the message out. His Message will resonate loudly when they hear it.
