If indeed they impose a 20 percent tax on cannabis then I can say for sure Vermont is headed back to the Black market faster then rabbits on fire. But seriously this is no joke. I do not know anyone that is actually from here that would pay that much in tax for their cannabis when they could just grow it or get it on the street.
