Come to Grand Isle County, Vermont, located at the northern end of Lake Champlain, and discover the heart of the islands. Join us for the seventh annual Discover the Heart of the Islands: Open Farm and Studio Tour, July 12th & 13th, 2014. This year there is a special emphasis on the agricultural venues in Grand Isle County. There are also several “art hubs” where more than one artists will be located. Visit vineyards, farms, gardens, art studios, galleries, and farmers' markets. Meet the artists, agricultural producers and their animals living and working at the edge of magnificent Lake Champlain.
