Vermont’s culinary artisans and beverage makers are out in full force for the fourth annual Foodaroo festival. Presented by Middlebury Underground, this family-friendly fête offers foodies a taste of the state’s farm-to-table lifestyle with a special emphasis on Addison and Chittenden County vendors. Food trucks and brick-and-mortar operations such as Sisters of Anarchy Ice Cream, American Flatbread and Taco Truck All-Stars serve up small bites and full portions of their mouthwatering offerings in Middlebury’s historic Marble Works district. King Arthur Flour baking competitions, live tunes by the Grift and vaudeville-style entertainment by identical twin street performers the Kif-Kif Sisters keep the party going.
