Reminds me of home...
I ordered take-out for my office-mates. I grew up in NC and have lived in VT for only a few years. It was cool to see a BBQ place pop up in town. Good food, Big Fatty. Well done. I liked the BBQ sandwich. I can't bring myself to call it pulled pork yet. I never heard it described as such until I moved up north! Great tasting meat. Nice BBQ sauce too. You may have this inside, but I will have to remember to get some Texas Pete next time. A Carolina tip to anyone who gets a sandwich here. Put your slaw in the sandwich on top of the meat. Also to Big Fatty, a special request. Show the north what a cheese biscuit is! The one thing I miss from down south. Food: 5 Ambiance: 5 Service: 5
