I'm guessing the designs aren't final, but I find it interesting that the Blue Mall has been completely replaced by some large building labeled "Anchor Retail" and a parking lot in the artist renditions. That may be quite an issue for the number of businesses currently operating there.
Side note, the video really shows off those "big grey rectangles" that have become the norm for "residential housing". Just as awful looking as ever.
