The recipient of the 2018 Herb Lockwood Prize — Vermont's largest arts award — will be announced in the presence of the winner, Herb Lockwood’s brother Todd R. Lockwood, BCA executive director Doreen Kraft, Phillis Mosher, widow of 2017 prize recipient Howard Frank Mosher and Stephen P. Kiernan, Vermont author and childhood friend of Herb Lockwood.
