How do you view the service when you eat out?

  • I can't understand why people mess it up so often — how hard can it be?
  • Simple: they bring me my food, I tip them.
  • Service staff can make or break a restaurant.
  • I love chatting up my waitress or bartender. Restaurant workers are always so friendly.
  • I notice when servers go the extra mile — and tip accordingly.
