James T. Kirk in Barre

I tried to find a still from the new Star Trek movie that offers a glimpse of Barre's E. L. Smith Quarry, but this is the best I could do. Needless to say this part was shot elsewhere with a stunt man, but just imagine the next shot is the gaping maw of the quarry, OK?

Watching Wolverine this weekend (which has some awesome but probably altered shots of Australia and New Zealand), I was wondering how it feels to see your own landscape with CGI enhancement. Now we can find out!
