He is a very frugal man, by the time I was 40 I had paid off my home and cars and worked very hard to retire at 62. Now my husband and I have built an apartment efficiency to rent out as extra income, I am now 66. I had planed all of this at 30 yrs old and I'm female. I did this by sacrifice, hard work and made 38% less than a man. It can be done, oh and my husband is Cuban and spends every dime he makes and gets his hands on. I'm an artist and I still work at my passion and sell my work.
