And the structure next to this brick building, on the corner of Barrett Street and Colchester Avenue, was owned by Remember Baker, cousin to Ethan and Ira Allen, where he was proprietor of a trading post. This "Olde East End" of Burlington, formerly known as Winooski Falls, is one of the most historic neighborhoods in the area.
