As one of the families that relies on this service, we would have been happy to pay more. We were never asked. Additionally, it appears that the idea of consolidating locations as a cost saving compromise (none of the locations are really that far apart) was not considered, and while less ideal that the service that is being discontinued, is still better than none at all. Also, the idea that the space in Williston is being converted for use as a Pre-K classroom is disingenuous. The existing Pre-K class is being crammed into a space that is about 1/4-1/3 the size of their current classroom, has no natural light, and is no longer in the back area of the building, which has a separate, more secure, entrance.
