service is poor
the location is wonderful, the food is great, and the cooks are pleasant. However, the wait staff and mainly, the servers are surly, rude, and often inappropriate. Quite a contrast to the rest of the place. I have come back because I like the food but I know of at least 20 people who refuse to come back because of the poor service. They now frequent the creperie because of that. If the surly cashiers and waitstaff were replaced, and you had some genuine warm and friendly people like you do elsewhere in Burlington, that would make this place much much better. Thanks.
