ridiculous theme, good food
I've eaten here several times and can highly recommend the chili, prime rib, chili fries, and ribeye. There is always one good beer choice on tap. One glaring problem that always makes me hesitant to return is how god damn loud this restaurant is. In typical casual dining chain style, they have their own special and startling way of celebrating birthdays involving a saddle and requesting everyone in the restaurant to yell in unison. The music is all country, and is played at a level that almost makes it unsuprising when staff begin line dancing. I honestly don't know whether to tip these poor servers or unionize them.
Of course the options for steakhouse food are slim in this area, so in spite of the atmosphere I highly recommend this restaurant on the merit of its food.
