Re: “Armory Grille and Bar

7 Days' original review title, "Corporate Casual", best describes this new entry in downtown Burlington. The food was good; lots of other areas need work. The room is loud; even with only 20% of the tables occupied the noise level was harsh. Our server was not well informed about the menu and was challenged to describe the draft beers. Mind you, they only have 2 drafts. One of those is Magic Hat #9, which may appeal to the business traveler but will bring yawns from the local brew cognoscenti. Among the four of us at the table, we were handed three different dinner menus, which confused us and really rattled the server. Good burger, sandwich, and cider-marinated pork roast. The "seasonal vegetables" were different on each plate, but a tad overcooked on all. And is zucchini really "seasonal" in March? Too many excellent places within 1/2 mile to waste time on another visit here any time soon.

Re: “Yangser Dorjee's Himalaya Restaurant Opens in Burlington

30 Main Street is the new location of Noonies. If this restaurant is where Maderas was, it would be 3 Main Street.
