Live From.... The Vermont Culinary Classic!

Published June 14, 2008 at 1:16 p.m.

Cathy Resmer isn't the only one who can handle live blogging! It's Bridget here, checking in from the 7Nights table at the Vermont Culinary Classic down in Stowe, where Suzanne Podhaizer, Meghan Dewald and I are basking in the aroma of the NECI amateur chef "quick fire".

I'm no foodie, but my own amateur judgment of the event so far? "Mmmm!"

Other vendors include Rock Art Brewery, Speeder & Earl's, Lake Champlain Chocolates, Piecasso, Magic Hat, and many more. Right next to our table is a creemie machine. Complete with the ever-coveted maple creemies.

And right now a pancake eating contest is underway!

Learn more about the event by visiting the information page here. And if you happen to be in the area, don't forget to swing by the Rusty Nail tonight for the Seven Days Culinary Pub Quiz from 7-9 pm!
