Re: “Sherpa Kitchen

My wife and I have been to Sherpa Kitchen three times now. Each time has been better than the last! The beet salad is addictive. The chaat is a serious flavor bomb, redolent with spice and just bursting with zest and piquancy. Paneer masala was very good, much lighter than Indian iterations we've had. Roti has improved significantly, very buttery and flaky. Handmade noodles are great, and the chow mein and thukpa make good use of them. Service is always friendly, efficient, and impeccable! Re: “Sherpa Kitchen

Opening Night
My wife and I went on opening night on Saturday. Very friendly service. The baby spinach, mozz, and beet salad was composed beautifully and was super delicious, addictive even. The veggie noodle soup was pretty good, a bit mild in flavor but I am guessing that is how it is meant to be. Veggie momos were great curry bombs of flavor. Mango lassi was delish. 4/5 overall, 5/5 for the salad in particular. Highly recommended! Food: 4 Ambiance: 4 Service: 5
