This year's early bird award goes to Michael's on the Hill of Waterbury. And chef Michael Kloeti didn't get us his menu first because he was slacking off. Like last year's stellar maple and ramp menu, he's put together four courses all centered on a Vermont theme.
This year's menu focuses on beer and cheddar, two of the tastes Vermont does best. Click here to see the menu and read more about Michael's on the Hill. Be sure to make your reservation soon. The spot's Restaurant Week dinners always sell out.

While we champion free speech, facts are a matter of life and death during the coronavirus pandemic, and right now Seven Days is prioritizing the production of responsible journalism over moderating online debates between readers.
