There's pub grub, then there's Morgan's Pub & Grill at the Three Stallion Inn. The three courses on offer at the Randolph eatery during Vermont Restaurant Week are decidedly more elegant than burgers and wings. They're also made with a bounty of local ingredients.
Start with marinated Vermont goat cheese, then choose chicken breast with local-cheddar-macaroni-and-cheese or pork loin cooked with maple and cider. Better eat lightly. Desserts include a cupcake trio that features chocolate with orange-cream-cheese frosting, carrot cake and lemon-frangipane delights. The best part — it's only $25.
