Menus Posted: The Mad Taco & A Single Pebble

Published April 9, 2012 at 5:38 p.m.

MadtacoThe Mad Taco has locations in Waitsfield and Montpelier. A Single Pebble is situated in Burlington. What do the three restaurants have in common? They're all offering a special tasting menu for Vermont Restaurant Week.

For $25, both Mad Taco locations are serving up three courses of delicious surprises based on what's fresh and exciting each day. Meat-focused dishes such as pork belly tacos and open-faced porchetta are specialties, but the chefs are happy to accommodate all dietary needs, from vegan to gluten-free.

A Single Pebble's $35 tasting is available with or without meat, too. From there, the chef will prepare several courses of small plates, including dim sum and dessert.
