Pick the Paddle!!!
We discovered the Blue Paddle this summer when we were biking through the islands. We have friends in Hinesburg who drive up at least once a month to eat there, but we didn't take their word for it. Then we arrived in the delightful village of South Hero in time for brunch. Mandy is a fabulous host. She had us excited we had stopped before we had even gotten to taste Phoebe's food. The staff is attentive, but not overbearing. The ambiance is fun and the artwork is great. And, THE FOOD! Phoebe's menu is innovative and fun, but we didn't feel like we had to take a risk to try a different kind of something. We love the Phoebe Burger with the avacado and brie. We love the crab cakes for an evening appetizer my cousin's favorite is the gorgonzola meatloaf. The Blue Paddle is by far one of the best dining experiences that we have ever had. Food: 5 Ambiance: 5 Service: 5
