Jackie is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Paul, her daughters Rhonda Irish and her husband Tim, Tammy Garen and her husband Bill, her three grandchildren Joshua Paul Irish, Teremy Lee Garen, and Natalee Elizabeth Garen, and a lifelong friend Janice Shaffer. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers Larry and Robert Noel.

The family wishes to extend a sincere thanks to Betty Lavoie, Bridgett Yantz and Debora Whitcomb for the care and compassion they provided to Jackie.

A Funeral Service of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, June 27, 2016, at 1:00 PM in the Brady & Levesque Funeral Chapel, 86 South Main St., St. Albans.
