The truffle fries and fried chicken sandwich that were a food-truck hit at Dolce VT have a permanent home at Poco, a restaurant in downtown Burlington that grew out of the chef's mobile business. The menu, which rotates weekly, highlights tapas plates. Weekend dinner presents a changing samll-plate menu including fried chicken (drumsticks only) with whipped Bayley Hazen Blue and crispy pork belly with plums.
