Re: “Bove's Restaurant”

Good ol' fashion homecookin'...
I hate crowds, but there's a damn good reason people flock to Bove's. It's not only the home of the best sauces in the world, but also the best lasagna you'll ever have. Since moving to Burlington I've never had a bad time at Bove's. Sure it's a bit small, but we're talking about a building that hasn't changed since the 1940's. That's real history, and great atmosphere for those looking for something that's becoming harder, and harder to find--real, genuine, damn good cookin' just like mom used to make. I love Sakura, I love Sweetwaters, but when I'm hungry for some spaghetti and meatballs, I'm going straight to Bove's. No offense, mom. Food: 5 Ambiance: 5 Service: 5
