Re: “Court Finds Abuse Claims Baseless — but a Mom Still Can't See Her Son

I know this dog and pony show first hand, x files a false police report and the first time it gets thrown out of court the second x has friend baby sit for my 14 and 16 yr old brings my boy to emergency room and claims boy said he would rather commit suicide rather than see dad. I spend 20g fighting this because divorce court has no rules and judges can rule anything. they cannot follow a case because they are rotated so much. court says I connot see or communicate with kids and its been two years and counting. son went to emergency room because it was only way mom would let him play football. come to find out he hates it. son said nothing in ER and when evaluated by DCF and Howard mental health they determined it a crock and sent him home. I have been suffering since and once x got kids 24/7 judge gave her another 550.00 a month in child support. filing a false police report is a felony. the lawyers are just there to agree with the judge. upon approaching the school I find out that she has told the school that she cannot handle the kids and work for dhs because her job is so demanding so she signs responsibility over to her friend and ADL doesn't bother to tell me. And the pisser is I train left behind kids to be successful. these actions need a class action suit to make these liberal thinkers pay the price for destroying families.
