RingMaster Software

Since 1998, RingMaster® Software Corporation has been designing, developing, and marketing products that help its customers better manage the people, processes and technology associated with owning the Oracle E-Business Suite. Enterprises such as GE Commercial, Humana, Government of Québec and Talbots use its automated change-management solutions to dramatically reduce the risk, improve communications and productivity, and deliver reliability and audit-ability into their IT departments.

One of RingMaster's innovations is "Damage Control," an online community bringing together all the information sources relating to the maintenance of the Oracle E-Business Suite. A Web 2.0 community and resource site, Damage Control was a result of the company's foray into online marketing to a technically savvy audience. RingMaster's online marketing team was so successful at driving traffic to the website and turning online leads into sales that the company extended its expertise to other enterprises, offering products and services to the same Oracle community as RingMaster Software. The company is now expanding this business to other business-to-business customers.

RingMaster's world headquarters is on Burlington's South Union Street. The company has regional offices in Boston and San Francisco.

Since 2014, Seven Days has allowed readers to comment on all stories posted on our website. While we’ve appreciated the suggestions and insights, the time has come to shut them down — at least temporarily.

While we champion free speech, facts are a matter of life and death during the coronavirus pandemic, and right now Seven Days is prioritizing the production of responsible journalism over moderating online debates between readers.

To criticize, correct or praise our reporting, please send us a letter to the editor. Or send us a tip. We’ll check it out and report the results.

Online comments may return when we have better tech tools for managing them. Thanks for reading.
