Re: “Scott Administration Proposes Draining Clean Energy Fund

By "draining", you mean "stealing", right? Stealing money from renewable energy subsidies has got to be the most short-sighted action in the history of humanity at this point. Scott is a Republican, right?

Re: “With 'Mixed Emotions,' Scott Legalizes Marijuana in Vermont

""And schools, employers, municipalities and landlords are also empowered to adopt policies and ordinances further restricting the cultivation and use." "

Landlords? Does anyone else see a Constitutional problem with a landlord saying a tenant does not have the right to use or grow marijuana (a licit legal product) in his own apartment because of the mere whim of the landlord? Good luck with that.

Re: “Walters: State Legislative Panel Approves Wind Rules

It's not about the industry - it's about the planet, species, and the future of civilization. Vermont is WAY out of line with rest of the world here. And do not doubt for one millisecond where the opposition to wind comes from - the Koch brothers.

Re: “Vermont School Districts Must Save $13 Million Under Legislature’s Compromise

This article talks about:

"Save...Save....Savings....."

These are CUTS. This is cutting school funding, cutting teacher benefits. Shame on you, SevenDays, for such bias.

Re: “Walters: Congressional Shooter Campaigned for Bernie Sanders

You are completely off-base, citizen. Nothing in the speeches of Sanders or the Left was intended to be, or could reasonably be interpreted as a call to violence.

Unlike some of the campaign speeches of Trump who explicitly recommended personal violence, and who did nothing to address the occurrence of same at some of his rallies. Your insinuations that those of us on the left are not Americans is vile.
