Saint Lou is a Burlington based northern folk band with a side of grits, gravy, and gospel greens — a musical chairs act of verse, instruments, and ideas. Saint Lou was formed in 2014, after a fire burned down the band's collectively owned deli, Jonny Tenderloin's Meat Emporium. Through music, the spirit of salami lives on.
