Sorry, but "fine dining"? No fine dining establishment has prices on the menu that end in .99, etc. Or lacks a reserve wine list, or has neon signs. The food is ok, I had overseasoned veal. Our serive was good, it made up for atmosphere. Food: 1 Ambiance: 1 Service: 4
