    Local golden and candy stripe beets, wild arugula, hazelnut crumbs, Blythedale Farm goat cheese, sherry-honey vinaigrette with balsamic drizzle
  • Mussels from Brussels
    Wild Maine mussels, steamed with white wine and garlic, slow-roasted Roma tomatoes and fresh basil pesto. Topped with hand-cut fries and drizzled in Robb's garlic-garlic aioli
