Single Pebble Slighted? 

Last week, the folks at L'Amante Ristorante sent me a link to an article on the Food & Wine website called Food & Wine Across America. In it, Emily Kaiser lauds Burlington and the vicinity as a place with a great food scene. I wrote about it for this week's food news.

Unbeknownst to me, the online version wasn't the same as the actual magazine. In the paper version, there was a picture of Single Pebble chef Steve Bogart and a write-up about the restaurant. For some reason, the Single Pebble sidebar didn't make it onto the web version. And of course, there was nothing on the website indicating that they were different.

I'm planning to correct the omission in next week's food news, but in the interim, thought I should post something here.
