I simply can not explain how disappointed in the level of service I received from the owner after I was charged the same bill twice in one night. Clearly a simply mistake. Being told that there is nothing they could possibly do, as they would have to search through every receipt from that night, blew my mind. Never a hint of an apology during the explanation that I need to argue the charge with my credit card company. Understaffed and WELL BEYOND COMPACITY that night is just another reason I'll never go back or suggest to anyone.
