Re: “Letters to the Editor (12/5/18)

Weekly I am astonished how many people don't understand development and/or redevelopment of urban spaces.

Re: “After 20 Years, Hardware Store to Open in Downtown Burlington

Don't be blinded by the hardware store. This is just another classic example of Miro partnering with a business man to pad his own pockets and take away from the City. Why is this store in downtown? Who benefits from it? The Marketplace? Students? What about the real citizens of Burlington? I smell a rat.

Re: “Letters to the Editor (11/14/18)

I've observed a number of small children and dogs in that fountain "reflecting". God forbid we actually change the use of the park to what people actually use it for and get rid of dying trees to replace them with healthy new trees. Burlington is changing. Get. Used. To. It.

Oh boy. An "All Lives Matter" comment and a "save the (dying) trees" comment all in the same week?! The comment gods look upon us favorably.

I support Bernie not running for President! I also support all of you mall redevelopment people continuing to share your butt-hurt feelings on the mall redevelopment. Move on! Memorial Auditorium needs you. I'm sure Miro is closed-door meeting with some oligarch.

Re: “South Burlington to Vote on Project to Anchor a New Downtown

LOL you are saying that South Burlington developing land that it has desperately wanted to develop for over 30 years is the result of Miro. Man, you have such a boner for that man.

Re: “Burlington Moves Forward on Reenvisioning Memorial Auditorium

Yes, saving a non-historic building for $25 million makes total financial sense. I mean, you totally could not have a nice new energy efficient and use appropriate building with parking for that price. Too bad we still don't have that grain elevator.
