The Great Brisket Bake-Off

Bite Club TV

Published December 15, 2010 at 2:09 p.m.

Each Chanukah, Temple Sinai in South Burlington holds The Great Brisket Bake-Off following Friday services. December 3, 2010, members of the congregation shared their individual takes on the braised beef dish. Alice dug into them all, along with latkes, kasha varnishkes and noodle kugel. See you next year, Great Brisket Bake-Off!
