Re: “Joyce's Noodle House

Food massacre
My first impressions of this place were unfortunately not backed up by the food or service. The inside of the restaurant is really nice, in fact I remember enjoying the atmosphere very much. Then it went downhill. The waitress was already trying to take our order before we even sat down, I ordered a seafood dish of sorts and my wife ordered some standard chinese dish. When the food came out my wife was pleased, I was not. My food was undercooked and overcooked at the same time, and as well as being poorly cooked it was one of the worst tasting things I have ever put in my mouth. Not wanting to be rude we asked for our food to go because I was so upset that I didn't really want any confrontation with the server. My plans were dashed when after paying the server realised that I had not left a tip and chased me out of the restaurant to then ask why I hadn't tipped. I told here that my food was not good, instead of apologising she just said okay and walked back inside like nothing had happened. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant and though I've never recommended that some not go to a certain restaurant I will say that this place would be best avoided.
