Waterworks is back and better than ever! To be fair, I never went to the old Waterworks, but the new Waterworks is fantastic. I went there on New Year's Eve and had a great time - excellent food, very friendly wait staff, really amazing desserts, and tremendous ambiance. It's gorgeous in there, and the view of the falls is great!
