Following its successful conference on how to develop creative-economy projects in Vermont communities, held last fall at the Statehouse, the Vermont Council on Rural Development put together a DVD to assist said communities. Burlington College filmmakers put their best footage forward next Tuesday, April 29, at the Student Film Festival at Higher Ground in South Burlington. Burlington pro filmmaker Rick Moulton was recently granted the International Ski History Association Film Award for his doc Ski Sentinels, The Story of the National Ski Patrol. Congrats!
