A few concerns
1.) Called two months ahead for a New Year's Eve reservation for dinner, stating that it was a birthday party of 4. Called New Year's eve morning to confirm, and the person on the phone restated that it was a birthday party. That, unfortunately was the last reference to the birthday either during or after dinner, and the birthday went uncelebrated. 2.) We hadn't been to the restaurant in a while, and forgot that it was family style service. The waitress didn't tell us until after we had ordered...yep, way too much food. Please let guests know BEFORE they order that it's family style. 3.) Ordered second round of drinks after the appetizers were served, but didn't come until we had nearly finished with our entrees. Food is AMAZING, though! Wish the service had been up to par. Food: 5 Ambiance: 4 Service: 2
