Re: “After Florida Shooting, Vermont Governor Says No New Gun Laws

The Governor say we need more shooting drills in schools?
The kids in Florida had so many drills, they thought the actual shooting was a drill.
I am curious; how much money has the NRA given to the Governor and his campaign?

Re: “Cops to Review Policies After Fatal I-89 Shooting of Suicidal Man

So this is the third deadly shooting by Officer Brown?
Seems statistically unlikely; how many dead citizens do most officers generate in an entire career?
And let me get this straight; they were going to try to prevent him from committing suicide, and that's why they fired 12 rounds at him?
What a mess. I can't imagine the dead guy's wife is feeling good about calling the cops.

Re: “O'Keefe Exercises His Right to Free Speech Without Disruption in Middlebury

The deep irony is that O'Keefe utilizes all of the dirty tactics he imagines the "MSM" uses... rendering his work just more slanted blather that is demonstrably less reliable than the MSM.
It's small scale proof that the ends don't justify the means.

Re: “Conservative Provocateur James O'Keefe to Speak in Middlebury

The talk should be titled "Project Verita's problem with ethics and lying."

You're welcome.

PS; It should always be mentioned that (from Wkipedia) O'Keefe and colleagues were arrested in New Orleans in January 2010 and charged with entering federal property under false pretenses with the intent of committing a felony, at the office of United States Senator Mary Landrieu, a Democrat.

The charges in the case were reduced from a felony to a single misdemeanor count of entering a federal building under false pretenses.[68][69] O'Keefe and the others pleaded guilty on May 26. O'Keefe was sentenced to three years' probation, 100 hours of community service and a $1,500 fine.

Re: “Public Safety Commissioner Fears Legal Pot Will Increase Traffic Deaths

He doesn't seem to consider that if marijuana is legal, some people will drink less resulting in less drunk driving... which is far more dangerous.
To state that deaths will rise strikes as as hyperbole approaching dishonesty.
