Former vice president Joe Biden plans to travel to Vermont next month, his campaign said Friday. The brief announcement included no details, other than the date of his visit: November 9.
R. Christopher Di Mezzo, a spokesperson for the Vermont Democratic Party, said the organization had not been contacted by the Biden campaign and had no additional information.
The trip will bring the former vice president to the home state of a top rival, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), who picked up 86 percent of the vote in Vermont’s 2016 presidential primary.
Biden has visited the Green Mountain State a few times in recent years. Last December, before he joined the presidential race, he discussed his 2017 book, Promise Me, Dad: A Year of Hope, Hardship and Purpose, during an event at Burlington’s Flynn Center for the Performing Arts.
In October 2016, the sitting VP promoted his “Cancer Moonshot” initiative at the University of Vermont. During that trip, he appeared at a fundraiser for Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton in Cornwall and dined with Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-Vt.) and Democratic gubernatorial nominee Sue Minter at Burlington’s Penny Cluse Café. Biden also campaigned for future governor Peter Shumlin and other Democrats at UVM in 2010.
The 76-year-old candidate infamously expressed his appreciation for Vermont in August. The problem was that he was in Keene, N.H., at the time — and appeared to be confused as to his whereabouts.
“I love this place,” he said. “Look, what’s not to like about Vermont in terms of the beauty of it? And what a neat town. This is like a scenic, beautiful town … I like Keene a lot.”

Biden should drop out of the race. His cognitive difficulties have been on display in each of the debates. His past strong support of both NAFTA and the war in Iraq makes him unfit for the office of President. His history of smelling women’s hair and inappropriate touching of women and young girls is offensive. His shilling for insurance and credit card companies is another factor against him. A future with Biden as candidate against Trump is appalling, because Trump will eat him alive.

There are so many reasons to reject Biden but the overriding one is his support of the Iraq War. That mess cost tens of thousands of lives, displaced millions of people and will cost its victims and the country for decades. Every other word he says is “Obama”, his boss, who bombed 7 countries and dropped 20,000+ bombs on Afghanistan alone. (That’s why you never give someone a Nobel Peace Prize just because their name isn’t Bush. ) Biden has some explaining to do if he wants to get into heaven.
“Status Quo” Joe looked like he was rowing with one oar in the water during the debate. He is the Wall Street-owned DNC preferred candidate as he has been protecting the banking and credit card industry like a champ ( he is from Delaware where many banks and credit card companies call home because of cozy regulations there).
I did notice that the supposedly liberal MSNBC started to push Klobuchar and Buttigeig after Joe’s flop performance last debate. Joe has never really answered the Hunter Biden problem (cashing in on his dad’s name abroad, just like the Trump kids).
Biden would be nothing more than Hillary the 2nd, which would be another disaster for the country. Trump is bad enough but we shouldn’t have to choose another Wall Street Fellatio Artist as his replacement.
This clown prince of the Democratic Party needs serious institutionalizing for his sexual abuse of women and girls and his rampant dementia – the Vermont Democratic Party should formally request that he cancel his appearance to avoid further embarrassment and damage to the party that was done and continues to be done by the Clintons
He’ll need more than a few coins for his next facelift!
The most damning thing to Biden’s candidacy is that no one cares one way or the other. He’s irrelevant..

Bernie should drop out of the race. His angry temperament has been on display in each of the debates, and in fact going back much further than that. And now his heart health is a serious question as well. He wouldn’t survive his own inauguration.

Support for free trade does not disqualify anyone for President. Quite to the contrary. Bernie’s backwards protectionism is against the tide of history, and dangerous, and it also puts him in league with the current Maniac-in-Chief.

The lack of journalism here is not too surprising. Biden is here to have a high dollar fundraiser at the home of Bill and Jane Stetson. Just a quick Wikipedia search would give you the background to realize how much of a fake person all the elite democrats are. The ability to research how fake all these candidates are is how the Trump base became so strong. With Trump, America is out in the open with how the world really works. Money runs everything, the dems pretending that they are above self dealing has been called out into the open. The more people know, the more disgusting they become with the hood wink the dems have given America for years. #redpilled.
