a) FP-26-21 SP-26-39 ST. MICHAEL’S COLLEGE:
Final Plat and Site Plan Application for a minor, 2-lot subdivision in the GD2 and HPD Districts. Proposed subdivision will further subdivide Parcel B as created under FP-22-07 to create 1) Parcel B-1 measuring 105,558 sf in size and inclusive of two existing buildings fronting on Hegeman Avenue, and 2) Parcel B-2 to measure 28,382 sf and inclusive of one existing building fronting on both Hegeman Avenue and Barnes Avenue. b) CU-26-14 388 BROADLAKE ROAD LLC
: Conditional Use application for an increase in the degree of encroachment in the SD District pursuant to 7.03-D(1). Proposed increase in degree of encroachment to measure 192 square feet and accommodate replacing a deck that was previously permitted and subsequently expanded. No other scope of work requested for review at this time. Subject property is located at 388 Broadlake Road, Account #34-090002-0000000.
c) SP-26-36 / CU-26-15 COLCHESTER NORTH LLC: Site Plan and Conditional Use Application to amend a previous Site Plan approval. Proposed amendment includes 1) change of use to establish a Landscape Contractor’s Yard (Use 4.230) on the lot located in the GD4 District and 2) site modifications to include interior renovations, grading and paving within existing paved areas, relocation of an existing concrete dumpster enclosure, construction of a new 15 ft x 20 ft screened dumpster enclosure, and construction of a 6 ft tall fence surrounding an existing concrete pad to create screened outdoor storage.
