SERVICE BY PUBLICATION OF COMPLAIN TO QUIET TITLE FOR 0 MERCIER DRIVE, COLCHESTER, VT

Plaintiffs, Hutton dart, Jason Andreasson and Chirstopher Andreasson, by and through their attorney, Joseph F. Obuchowski, Esq. Filed a Complaint to Quiet Title for property located at 0 Mercier Drive, Colchester, Vermont and mailed a copy of the Complaint with a request for Waiver of Service of Summons, a Notice of Appearance and Answer form to all of the lot owners who may have an deeded easement or an interest under a common development scheme in Plaintiffs’ property. The above-named Defendants did not respond by either waiving service of summons or filing with the Court a Notice of Appearance and Answer. After a showing by Plaintiffs of due diligence in trying to service the Complaint, the Court ordered, in an Order dated May 13, 2026, publication of the Complaint at least seven days apart for two or more weeks in Seven Days. Each of the above lot owner(s) shall be sent a copy of the Court’s Order.

Notice is hereby given that failure to respond to the Complaint within twenty-one (21) days from the date of publication may result in a default judgment or summary judgment against you.
