Pursuant to Title 24 VSA, Chapter 117, the Development Review Board will hold a public hearing on July 8, 2026, at 7:00pm to hear the following requests under the Development Regulations. Meeting is open to the public and will be held at 781 Blakely Road.
a) CU-26-16 JCME 142 PROPERTY LLC: Conditional Use Application to amend a previous Site Plan and Conditional Use approval for a Car Wash (Use 3.330) in the GD1 and GD1C Districts. Amendment is to relocate two existing vacuum islands to the north side of the property to facilitate on-site circulation. No other changes are proposed at this time. b) FP-26-20 SUNDERLAND FARMS COMMUNITY LLC: Final Plat Application to amend a Final Plat Approval for a Major Planned Unit Development in the GD3 District. Proposed amendment is to 1) add the Wright & Morrisey lot to the Sunderland Farms Community PUD; and 2) Construct six 12-unit multi-unit dwellings on Lots 11, 12, 13, 25, 26, and 27. Proposed project includes the extension of private infrastructure to serve the new dwelling units. Subject property is located at 242 Severance Road and 0 Roosevelt Hwy, Account #04-030013-0000000, and #04-032003-0000000.
