The Jericho Development Review Board will hold the public hearing at 7:00 pm on WEDNESDAY November 11, 2026, at the Jericho Town Hall to consider the following applications
• A request by Simpson High Meadow LLC For a final plat approval to amend a previously approved minor subdivision to include and amend a two-lot subdivision. The parcel is located at 55 Bentley Lane which is located in the Rural Agricultural Residential & Forestry Zoning District.
• A request by Rober Hill & Laura Shea for final plat approval of a minor subdivision. The parcel is located at 835 Old Pump Road which is located in the Rural Agricultural Residential Zoning District.
• A request by Siegchrist Family Trust for final plat approval of a minor subdivision. The parcel is located at 140 Barber Farm Road which is located in the Rural Agricultural Residential Zoning District.
