With 51 days remaining before Vermont Restaurant Week begins, 81 restaurants are already on signed on to offer prix-fixe menus from April 27 to May 4! Thirty of those businesses are new to Restaurant Week.
Those include restaurants from never-before-featured towns Bethel and Newport; Vermont’s first Persian restaurant; a James Beard Foundation award nominee and a restaurant that hasn’t even opened yet!
