One reply on “Border Nexus: Crossing into Canada Quickly Means Pre-Screening, at a Cost”

  1. Pre-screening parallel the process for immigrants applying for green cards in the United States. Are we seriously now requiring American citizens undertake an interview process with DHS much like how immigrants must be interviewed to reside in the U.S., in order to expedite our entry back into our own country? I was married to an immigrant from a former Soviet Republic. In the Soviet Union, the borders looked inward, not only outward. Shame! History will one day view Peter Welch unfavorably for his position on this intrusive anti-liberty policy.
