The legal voters of the Town of Richmond, Vermont, are hereby warned and notified to meet at the Richmond Town Center, located at 203 Bridge St., Richmond, VT 05477 on THURSDAY, APRIL 16, 2026, at 7:00 in the forenoon (AM), at which time the polls will open, until 7:00 in the afternoon (PM) at which time the polls will close, to vote on the following article by Australian ballot.

Article 1. Shall the voters of the Town of Richmond disapprove of the proposed amendments to the Town of Richmond, Vermont Traffic Ordinance approved on January 5, 2026?
The legal voters of the Town of Richmond are further notified that voter qualification, registration, and absentee voting relative to said Special Town Meeting shall be as provided in Chapters 43, 51 and 55 of Title 17, Vermont Statutes Annotated.
