We are in the middle of a divorce right now. The media is our crazy mother confronting our insane father about where he has been all night and why that Russian man walked out of a hotel room holding hands with him. All of us are just the kids sitting at the top of the stairs wondering if it’s our fault.

About That Joke

Says Harshbarger: It’s amazing what the news will inspire me to write as I’m watching it on the TV at the gym. This joke just came right out of nowhere and I think it is a clever analogy of where we are as a country right now. Hang on, everyone!
