Norm was born in South Carolina, the son of Norman and Claire Peryea. He was a longtime Vermont resident.
He is survived by siblings Gary (Brenda) Peryea, Frank (Elizabeth Beers) Peryea, Cindy (Frank Mullen) Peryea and Joseph Peryea.
He is predeceased by his parents.
A memorial celebration will be held after the 2027 mud season.
